Redefining \S Command causes Build Failures
In the isthesisabbreviations.sty
file the following line is causing severe issues:
\renewcommand{\S}[1]{\mbox{S.~##1}}
The command \S
is used by LaTeX to display the character §
. Since citation tools like Mendeley often use TeX-commands (like \S
) instead of the original characters (which are command signs in LaTeX), rewriting the command will let builds fail if legal documents are included.
To solve the problem I would recommend using a command sequence that is not predefined, e.g. \pg
(short for page):
\newcommand{\pg}[1]{\mbox{S.~##1}}
