Adding student names for anonymization purposes and changing page style for better TOC

We have worked on a few improvements based on feedback from our students:

  • student name added to the back title page and declaration of authorship (for anonymization purposes during plagiarism check).
  • signature field modified to include multiauthor (also for anonymization purposes).
  • adjusted firstinits to giveninits in the citation style for "machineLearning".
  • changed page style from empty to fancy for TOC, LOF and LOT environments. This makes sure that not only the content page has the standard header, but the other pages have too.
